More atrium photos	Frequently Asked Questions What is the seating capacity? A: The atrium can seat over 100 persons comfortably in a classroom set up, and 200 or more in a "theater" arrangement. What are your audiovisual (AV) capabilities? A: We provide basic AV that includes data projector with wired-in laptop, podium with sound, and Internet service as a component of the atrium rental. What is the rental cost? A: The atrium can be rented for a very reasonable amount. Call for details. May we cater in our own food and beverages? A: Yes. We can also assist with catering; there is normally no additional charge or mark-up for this service.

Do you add set up costs for the services of your technology coordinator/systems administrator?
A: No for standard AV requirements as described above.

Do you add an 18% service charge as some hotels do?
A: No. We only add sales tax as required by law.

Are there any other costs associated with renting your atrium or other rooms?
A: No, unless you have special technology requirements beyond those described above or that we anticipate having to add custodial services due to the timing or nature of your event, and we will discuss these with you in advance.

What other services do you provide?
A: We have breakout rooms for a modest additional fee. We normally can provide some marketing assistance. We may be able to help with program registration services for a slight additional fee.
