SELF DIRECTED SEARCH (SDS)

      University Career Services also offers the Self Directed Search.  The SDS is a paper and pencil inventory, self-scored instrument based on John Holland's occupational codes R I A S E C (realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional). It includes a 15-page guide to job titles organized by Holland code.
