Which Stetson Master of Accountancy Program Is Right For You?

DeLand Campus  •  Online

Stetson University offers 2 excellent options for earning a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree. Both will meet the education requirements in most states for CPA certification.

The DeLand-based full-time program provides more elective course, whereas the online program is lock step and does not provide elective course options. Each of the programs has thirty credit hours of instruction.

Deland Campus:

Our original program is located on our beautiful DeLand campus and is taught in the Lynn Business Center. The program is primarily a full time program although a part time option is available. Accounting courses are typically offered during the day (usually in the afternoon) in Fall, Spring and Summer semesters and the program is designed to be completed in one calendar year of full-time study.

The program requires fifteen hours of accounting courses and provides accounting and/or business electives for the remaining fifteen hours. The program is not designed for individuals working full-time because most of the classes, other than graduate business courses, are offered only during the day.
