The Center at Celebration has areas designated specifically for Executive M.B.A. students.

  • Room 109 - Executive M.B.A. classroom
  • Room 124/125 - Breakout Room - Breakfast, lunch and snacks.
  • Room 126 - Executive M.B.A. classroom

Additional study rooms can be reserved by contacting the Assistant Director, Wendy Lowe. Please provide the meeting date, time span and number of students in attendance. Confirmation of the room number will be sent to the requester.

Identification Cards

At Orientation, a picture will be taken for your Stetson University student identification card. This identification card will contain a specific student number (often referred to as your "800 number" or "SUID"). The program coordinator will provide your identification card to you within two weeks. This identification card acts as an access card that will grant you access to the facility from 6 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. If you misplace your identification card, please notify the program coordinator or call the student ID office at 386-822-7782 so we can provide a replacement.

Parking Permits

A parking permit is not required at the Center in Celebration. Please feel free to park in the parking lot or along the roadside.

Parking at the DeLand campus is permitted at designated locations. A campus map of the DeLand campus is available and may be helpful to you as you navigate the campus.

Note: Executive MBA students do go to DeLand for one class meeting in Year Two and for Commencement.

The program Assistant Director will provide all necessary course textbooks and course materials, so you will not need to order any materials yourself.

However, official Stetson University supplies or merchandise may be purchased at the bookstore located between Griffith Hall and the Carlton Union Building at the DeLand campus. You may also utilize the bookstore online. The bookstore's hours of operation are Monday throughFriday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The bookstore's phone number is 386-822-7160.

The program coordinator will send you the required graduation forms at the beginning of your last semester of coursework. Forms and fees must be turned into the program coordinator for processing, or you can also complete the form online. There is a $100 graduation fee; the cap and gown are purchased separately from the bookstore.

Official transcripts reflecting your M.B.A. coursework and degree may only be requested through the Office of the Registrar.

The Executive MBA Commencement ceremony is held once per year, in May, around two months after the completion of the program coursework.
