The program features eight-week, Saturday-only classes at Stetson University's convenient and beautiful Center at Celebration, Florida. Classes are small, facilitating face-to-face interaction with Stetson's renowned faculty. These features, combined with the opportunity to study with like-minded adult students, can help make completing your BBA degree and accomplishing your educational and career goals a reality.
The undergraduate business degree completion program at Stetson University is designed for working adults with at least 40 transferable college credits. Students come from a variety of positions in a variety of companies. Each one works hard to balance the time and resource demands of work, family, social and school responsibilities. Students find the camaraderie in the program an encouragement as they accomplish their educational goals. The average age of current students in the program is thirty-four and the diverse student body mirrors the increasingly global nature of business. Many students are currently in or on track for leadership positions in their companies.
Finishing a Bachelor's degree with Stetson University has provided recent graduates with increased career path options, higher remuneration, and a sense of personal accomplishment. Graduates have accepted promotions in their current firms or have been hired for new positions. Some have chosen to attend graduate school, taking advantage of the fact the BBA program at Stetson University satisfies all of the "business foundations course" requirements for Stetson's MBA. All of these opportunities are possible because the Regional accreditation of Stetson University and the AACSB accreditation of the School of Business Administration affirm that the faculty and curriculum meet the highest standards.
