LARRY CAHALL
The art in the language laboratory is the work of Larry Cahall.A Philadelphia native, Cahall's interest in art began with photography. After many years in the medical field woking as a doctor specializing in internal medicine, he returned to art more seriously in 1983. He works fast, often listening to jazz or classical music. Most of his paintings are acrylic on heavyweight paper. His earthy colors and abstract often spiritual forms are not typical of Florida. Cahall donated about 100 paintings to Stetson in 2001, and you will find them in a number of places around campus.
