Special Programs

The Department of Education is home to four unique programs. These programs provide opportunities for Stetson students and faculty to interact with other professional educators and students on a state-wide and national level exploring a wide range of topics.

Nina B. Hollis Institute for Educational Reform - The Hollis Institute collaborates with local Professional Development Schools to emphasize leadership, literacy, partnership, and technology.

HATS Program - The HATS (High Achieving Talented Students) Program collaborates with organizations such as The University of Iowa, the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum, and Mensa to serve students in grades 4 - 9 through above-level testing, scholarships, Saturday and summer programs.
