HATS Program - The HATS (High Achieving Talented Students) Program collaborates with organizations such as The University of Iowa, the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum, and Mensa to serve students in grades 4 - 9 through above-level testing, scholarships, Saturday and summer programs.
