Degree Program Schedule

The B.A. in Organizational Leadership at Stetson University offers working adults, 25+ years of age, a unique alternative to day classes while allowing them to complete their degree in 18 months. Courses are offered in an accelerated seven-week format in the evenings from 6-9 or on alternating Saturdays from 9-4. Classes are available 100% online and hybrid (part face-to-face, part online).

The 16-course program is comprised of four core courses, eight common body of knowledge courses, and four research focus courses emphasizing a humanistic approach to leadership, organizational studies and change. The program uses a lock-step cohort format. All students in a cohort progress through the course sequence together, forming a mutually supportive community for each other.
