Group Fitness
Stetson Group Exercise has classes for the mind, body, and spirit. There are classes for everyone including: Yoga, Zumba, Spinning, Step Toning and more! Group Exercise is more than just getting a good workout, it also involves learning about yourself, enhancing your energy and motivation, and getting your mind ready for the challenges ahead. If you are not sure what class is right for you just check them out for yourself! Make sure to take advantage of these fabulous classes, they are free to students, faculty and staff!
