- Do you wonder what ingredients are in the foods that you eat? Labelwatch.com has a database of over 25,000 products that you can give you an idea about what use to look up nutritional information, ingredients, additives, etc. so you know what is in the food that you eat.
Free Wellness Assessments
The Holistic Lifestyle Questionnaire is offered through the National Wellness Institute. It's designed for college students and takes about 15 minutes to complete. It's an educational and awareness tool that covers the six areas of wellness: physical, social, emotional, occupational, spiritual and intellectual.
