Fitness Assessments

Equipment Orientations

Learn how to safely use various pieces of fitness equipment. Our trained fitness coaches will demonstrate how to use weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment and other fitness tools. Additionally, our fitness coaches will educate members how to use a workout log to track exercise progress making for more effective workout sessions. No appointment necessary. Just ask for an equipment orientation at the Hollis Center front desk and a fitness coach will be happy to assist.
