
Flyer Posting Locations
By checking in with this website, you will be able to see where student organizations can freely post on campus and where you need special permission. Please read the posting policy before you post anything on campus. Organizations who do not follow the posting policy could lose other privileges.
Free to post on catalog boards
- Carlton Union Building
- Commons catalog board wall
- Hollis Center
- Flagler Stairwells
- Elizabeth Hall
- Cross Cultural Center
Must make requests

Residential Life Halls and Apartments
- Electronic flyers are preferred. Please email your flyer to Housing and Residential Life; the flyer will then be sent out through the building list-serves for everyone to see.
Lynn Business Center
- All posting of information must get approval by the Dean's Office in LBC.
- After approval posters can only be placed on the large catalog boards in the halls that are not being utilized by departments within the School of Business Administration.
- Posters cannot be displayed on the catalog boards outside of classrooms or faculty offices.
- Posters cannot be secured with staples on catalog boards. Please use tacks to secure any information.
- Posters cannot be taped to walls, elevators or the railings in the School of Business Administration.
Commons
- Table toppers and other items should be approved by Helen Cox. (instructions)
Library
- All posters, flyers, handouts, etc. should be left with Karen Blekicki.
- Groups may not post items or leave literature without permission.
- Posting is not permitted on doors or walls.
- Posters for political advertisements for either political parties of for individual running in campus elections are not permitted unless an organization is sponsoring a program which includes cultural credit.

Allen Hall
- All posters are required to go through Lisa Guenther at ljguenth@stetson.edu who will determine which posters are appropriate. She will also place them on boards in the building, including the one by the front door on the inside.
- To post in the auditorium, organizations are required to contact the Cooperative Collegiate Fellowship.
Sage Hall
- All campus groups posting for events open to all students may freely post on catalog boards.
- Restricted to theeight catalog boards located inside the building at the four corners of the building (one on each floor by each of the four stairwells).
- Please do not post on any othersurface in the building.
