The Leaders' Summit
The Leaders' Summit is a one-day event during which one delegate from each student organization comes to learn valuable skills that will enrich and enhance their ability to lead. Speakers will give presentations on various aspects of leadership, community and group interaction.

Do I have to go?
Yes! One delegate is required to attend the Leaders' Summit. If your organization fails to send a delegate, the university will no longer officially recognize your organization until the next Summit. However, the Leaders' Summit is not meant to be a punitive program by any means. Stetson University prides itself on the exemplary character and ability of all its students and finding a way to ensure the continued success of all student organizations on campus is a top priority.
Who should we send?
Because officer transitions for many student organizations occur around the end of fall, sending your new president is your best option. If you aren't having officer transitions at the time of the Summit, sending the current president is your best option. If your current president goes, come transition time, the skills that the current president learned at the Summit can be easily transferred. If your president or president-elect are unable to go, a delegate that the president knows well and chooses themselves is best.
