Join us June 25-28, 2013 for a fun and impactful Trek to the beautiful Florida Keys. Our time will be spent enjoying the sun, swimming, snorkeling and volunteering. If you like making new friends, trying new things and helping others, this is the Hatter Trek for you. The trip is available to the first 21 students that sign up, so hurry! Cost is $395.

Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Oh, the Keys!

Once the group meets at Stetson University, we will take some time to get to know each other and head down to the Hilton Key Largo Resort. Your group will arrive in Key Largo and take some time to know one another. We will discuss you tranisition into Stetson and we will have some free time to enjoy the resort amenities.
Day 2 - Snorkel

Today, we will go out snorkeling for 3 hours off the coast of Key Largo.
Day 3 - Serve
Breakfast and Dinner provided
Today's iterarary will enail volunteering fo the day at a local non-profit.
Day 4 - Long-Lasting Bonds

During the last day of the trek, we will have time to enjoy the Hilton Resort ameneties and relax with our group of new friends. After our time here, the group will head to DeLand and then home.
Packing List
Essentials:
- Four or five sets of casual clothing
- Sleeping clothes a roommate would find appropriate
- Light jacket for indoor sessions
- Rain coat/poncho or umbrella
- Outdoor gear, including hat, sunglasses, water bottle, & small flashlight
- Insect repellent & sun screen
- Money of lunch and snacks throughout the day
Special Clothing:
- Sneakers and water shoes for service project days
- Comfortable, active wear for kayaking
- Swim suit and beach towel for snorkeling
