Hatter Trek Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to register?
Yes! That will secure your spot on the trip; let us know any special needs you have, enable us to send you updates and important information, and order your awesome HatterTrek T-shirt!
Can I drive myself?
Yes! You can park on campus for free during your Hatter Trek experience.
What if I am flying to my Hatter Trek experience?
For all three experiences, the group will meet at 2PM at Stetson University on Monday. Therefore, if you are flying in, we recommend that your flight is scheduled to arrive at Orlando International Airport (MCO) no later than Noon (12PM) in order to catch our one free shuttle to campus, scheduled to leave MCO at 1PM.
The group will arrive back on campus at approximately 10AM on Friday (the last day of each trip). If you plan to fly back home, our one shuttle will leave to Orlando International Airport (MCO) at 10:15AM and will arrive at MCO at approximately 11:30AM. We recommend that your flight is scheduled to depart at 1:30PM or later.
Please keep in mind that we will only offer one shuttle service from and to Orlando International Airport (MCO). All other transportation is at the participant's individual cost.
What if I can no longer attend Hatter Trek?
By registering for the trip we have secured your space, and paid for your accommodations. We understand that extenuating circumstances may occur, so we will issue a full refund if we are able to fill your space before May 20th. If we are unable to fill your space, or if it is after May 20th, no refunds will be issued.
Will I need to bring any money?
Yes, dinner and breakfast are provided for each of the trips, however you will need money for lunch and snacks. Please see trip details for specific information. If you are arriving the night before, or staying after you are responsible for meals and transportation.
I have special dietary needs. Will this affect my trip?
