Joel Jones

Director of Creative Services

Joel oversees Stetson's branding and marketing efforts with a special focus on driving awareness. This includes leading the university's creative services team of designers, writers, web developers and social media experts in the execution of the university brand in a multi-channel environment. Under his leadership Stetson University Marketing has won several awards including a CASE Special, Gold and Merit Awards.

A graduate with honors of the Art Institute, Joel holds a degree in Communications. He started his Stetson career as the Director of Creative Services and is actively involved with the American Red Cross as a disaster services worker and volunteers with HOPE Worldwide.

Leslie Perkins

Production Coordinator

Leslie serves as the Production Coordinator for University Marketing, Creative Services. In this capacity she obtains and tracks all job requests and deadlines, maintains communication with clients throughout each job and coordinates deliveries with clients and vendors. In addition, she supports the Creative Director by scheduling and attending brainstorming meetings with clients as well as production progress status meetings with the team. She also executes daily office operations where her duties include generating, editing and sending mass email blasts, proofreading numerous university publications, obtaining print quotes, processing invoices and meeting regularly with vendors.

Leslie came to Stetson after working as a Legal Advertising Representative at The Daytona Beach News-Journal. Prior to that, Leslie served on the national advertising team where she coordinated advertising campaigns of major entertainment companies, movie theatres and studios at The Columbus Dispatch in Ohio. She received the Customer Service Representative Award in 2008. Originally from Ohio, Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Capital University in 2005.

Jeremy Caldwell

Graphic Designer

After several years working as a freelance designer, Jeremy now provides his design services to Stetson. You can see his work in the award-winning SU Magazine and in various marketing initiatives and campaigns around campus, and in the areas where Stetson advertises.

A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Graphic Design. He has won several awards for his work and has been published in regional and national publications such as The South Magazine. Jeremy is also an Eagle Scout and an active member of the Graphic Artist's Guild of America.

Heather Graves

Graphic Designer

Heather conceptualizes and designs various marketing materials for Stetson University. Some of her most notable and favorite projects include the School of Music brochure, the cover of the Christmas Candlelight program, the president's holiday card, the DuPont-Ball Library brochure, Mark Powell's The Dark Corner lecture poster and the 2013 Commencement program cover.

Heather obtained her B.F.A. in studio art: printmaking and graphic design from Northern Arizona University. Her graphic design career includes designing for the Central Florida publications Watermark Media and Orlando Weekly. She also enjoys the occasional freelance jobs of wedding invitation design.

She was the featured volunteer guest instructor for the Coalition for the Homeless ABC (Art by Coalition) children's program from 2010-2011.

Bill Noblitt

Periodicals Director

Bill has won numerous honors in university magazine publishing. For example, while working for Rice University, its magazine won the Sibley, the top university and college magazine honor awarded by CASE and Newsweek. He also edited award-winning university magazines at Washington University in St. Louis, Loyola University Chicago and Xavier in Cincinnati. Furthermore, he is a respected magazine graphic designer, winning numerous awards from Print Magazine, the Society of Publications Designers, CASE and the University and College Designers Association.

Bill edits STETSON, a magazine for alumni and friends of the university, and VISUAL, a magazine for recruiting students. He focuses on capturing Stetson University's unique identity through captivating content and compellingly written articles.
