Administrative Assistant

Donna serves as the administrative assistant for the Vice President of University Marketing. In this capacity she maintains the Vice President's calendar: schedules and coordinates meetings, creates reports, and assists with special projects as assigned by the Vice President. Donna also manages the University Marketing budget, works as the department liaison with the Student Financial Aid Office in the student hiring process, assists with distributing campus announcements; coordinates the daily office operations of the Marketing Office, and works with the professional staff to accomplish departmental goals.

Donna has over thirteen years' experience in office management, budget management and professional staff support duties. From 2007 to 2011 she served on the Quality of Service Council, serving as Chair in 2010, and receiving the Volunteer of the Year Award in 2007. Prior to Stetson Donna worked as a Physicians Recruiter. She is active in community homeless initiatives.
