William Voges recently retired from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Root Company after 26 years with the company. Voges currently oversees the Trust Administration Services where he serves as Trustee of the Root Family Trusts. He also continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Root Company.

The Root Organization is a family office and private investment firm which provides financial services for the Root Family. The company is responsible for the oversight and management of financial portfolio assets, actively managed real estate investments and direct investments in various areas. Private financial services and entity management are also provided.

Prior to joining Root Company in 1990, Voges was a Partner in the Law Firm of Fink, Loucks, Sweet and Voges for nine years.

Voges currently serves on the First Financial Bank Board of Directors and the First Financial Corporation Board of Directors (a public company listed on the NYS-AMEX under the symbol THFF). He also serves on the Corporation's Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee, Governance Committee and Nominating Committee, as well as on the Bank's Loan Committee.

Voges previously served on the Board for Consolidated-Tomoka Land Company (a public company listed on the NYS-AMEX under the symbol CTO) from 2001 to 2012, where he served as Chairman (2009 to 2011), and on the Audit, Executive and Corporate Governance Committees.

Voges received a Bachelor in Business Administration from Stetson University in 1977, and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law in 1981.

Voges is married to his wife, Susan, and they have three daughters, Heather, Hailey and Kimberlee. He has been a resident of Ormond Beach, Florida, since 1966.
