Billy Raley

Billy Raley was appointed to his current position in September 2006. He came to Universal Energy Corp. from RMSG Inc., where he was President and CEO. Prior to that, he served as the Regional Vice President for Progress Energy Florida Inc. Mr. Raley obtained his Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979, and has over 25 years of experience in the electric utility industry. He served as a non-trustee committee member on Stetson's Trustee Athletics Committee prior to joining the Board of Trustees in September 2004. He currently serves as chair of the Facilities Committee.
