Welcome the to Student Payroll Website!! On this web site you will find the necessary information of HOW, WHEN and WHERE, you will receive your student employment pay check.


The Student Payroll office is located in the Office of Human Resources in Elizabeth Hall, rm. 111, hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Contact person is Mickey Parker, Student Payroll Manager.

THE HOW:
The first and most important thing you need to do to get started working at Stetson University is: CONTACT the OFFICE of Student Financial Planning. All Federal work Study and University Employment students are hired by Student Financial Planning. Please click on link for more info (web site will be available March 19, 2007). Student Employment.

All students are required to complete an I-9 and W-4 form (proper ID’s are required: the most common are: drivers license and social security card, birth certificate OR passport). You WILL NOT get paid unless you have been approved by the Office of Human Resource and completed all of your paperwork.

Once the paperwork has been approved by the Office of Human Resource and you have met ALL the requirements through the Office of Student Financial Planning, the Student Payroll Manager will mail your time-card to your supervisor.

Time cards need to be completed NEATLY (if we CANNOT read YOUR TIME-CARD we will not be able to pay you) and signed by your supervisor and returned to Payroll Office NO later than the 5th of the month in order for you to receive your paycheck (if you miss the deadline there are no guarantees that you will get paid that month, you will get paid the following month)

THE WHEN:
All Student Employees get paid on the 15th of each month. If this falls on a weekend; pay day will be the preceding Friday. (see calendars)

THE WHERE:
Your paycheck will be in your campus box on the paydate.
