Suggestions for Advertising on Campus for Stetson University groups
- Post your event on the Stetson calendar or place an announcement on the Intranet page
- Post your event on the OrgSync calendar and invite guests.
- Hang flyers or posters on approved bulletin boards - click here for a list of approved spaces on campus for posting
- Advertise in the Reporter - Contact the Reporter staff at reporter@stetson.edu to either purchase an advertisement or enter a featured article into the paper.
- Table Toppers for the HatRack and Commons (instructions)
- Large-sized posters from Media Services
- Stickers on the plastic cups in the commons
- Working with Helen Cox / Sodexho to have a Bar-B-Que in front of the Commons
- Contact OSI for more ideas .

- Request banner or chalk art space
- Reserve a table in front of the CUB during the lunch hours
- Put up a campaign in the CUB lobby display case

Resources for Printing
Remember that the printers in the library may only be used for academic purposes. Flyers and posters can be ordered from either the Print Shop or Media Services.

Reminders when posting flyers
No flyers may be hung on trees, painted surfaces, exterior walls, doors or windows, street signs, or light poles. If flyers are found in these locations, they will be removed and thrown away.
