Orientation Leaders
The Orientation (FOCUS) leader's main responsibilities include being a personable, responsible and dedicated role model for First Year students in their transition into college from the summer prior to their enrollment THROUGHOUT their first year. The FOCUS leader also serves as an information resource and connector to the university.

Non-Traditional Student Orientation Leaders
A nontraditional student is defined as a student who is 24 years or older starting college for the first time.
