University Village Apartments

The University Village Apartments offer all of the amenities that can be found at off-campus apartment complexes while providing the advantage of being on campus. Each apartment is fully furnished with a private bedroom for each resident, two baths, access to a laundry facility, cable, wireless Internet access, a full kitchen, a dining area and a living area. Residents of U.V.A. may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Residents have access to on-site parking and the Rinker Clubhouse which houses a game room, computer lab and lounge/meeting space. U.V.A. primarily houses upper-division students.

Apartments in U.V.A. are either 4-bedroom or 2-bedroom styles.

This option allows for persons of any gender to share common spaces within apartment-style housing allowing for growth and personal reflection without the stereotypical gender boundaries of traditional on-campus housing options. This offering provides less-gendered environments similar to ones you would find in off-campus apartments or personal homes.
