University Hall

Stetson University has purchased the University Inn, located on North Woodland Boulevard, across the street from Emily Hall. Opening in fall of 2013, as University Hall, the renovated facility will feature 58 two-person rooms for undergraduate students. Bathrooms are provided in each room. Residents of University Hall may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Common areas include study rooms, lounges, laundry facilities and a kitchen. University Hall has two resident assistants (R.A.) in the community that help students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building.
