- University Hall will be added to the available offerings. (more information to come)
- Carson/Hollis and Conrad will not be gendered by building but by floor/wing
- Conrad will house upper division students
- Carson/Hollis, Smith, and Gordis will be Alcohol Free
- Credit hour requirements will be lifted from Hatter, UVA, and Stetson Cove
- Honors program will be expanded from House 2 to include House 3
- Wellness program will be relocated from House 3 to a portion of Emily Hall

Built in 1954 with renovations in 2002-2003, Carson/Hollis hall serves as home to over 90 residents in shared-occupancy rooms. Carson/Hollis is home to the First-Year Experience for students who want to maximize their Stetson experience. The building has a common area laundry room, student lounges located throughout the building, and community style bathrooms on each floor. Carson/Hollis has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommate, but with members of the entire building.
Chaudoin Hall
Built in 1892 with renovations in 1998 and 2002 Chaudoin Hall is located in front of the Carlton Union Building and in between Deland and Emily halls, Chaudoin hall serves as home to over 200 female residents. One third of the rooms are shared-occupancy with suite-style bathrooms. The remaining two thirds of Chaudoin hall rooms are shared-occupancy with community-style bathrooms on each floor. Chaudoin is also home to the Women's Leadership community. The building has a common area laundry room, a large student lounge, study areas, and a furnished community kitchen. Chaudoin has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building. Chaudoin hall also houses the full time live in Residential Life Coordinator (RLC)'s office on the main floor.
Conrad Hall
Built in 1909 and renovated in 2012 Conrad Hall is located behind the Carlton Union Building, next to Sage hall, Conrad Hall serves as home to 80 first year female residents in shared-occupancy rooms. The building has a common area laundry room, student lounges on each floor, a furnished community kitchen, and community style bathrooms on each floor. Conrad has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building.
Emily Hall
Built in 1955 and renovated in 2005, Emily Hall is a residence hall for returning and transfer students. This building houses 220 residents in shared-occupancy rooms, with suite-style bathrooms shared between every two rooms. Residents of Emily Hall may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Common areas include study rooms, lounges, laundry facilities and a kitchen. Emily has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building.
Gordis Hall
Built in 1956 and renovated in 2001 Gordis Hall is located near the intramural fields, next to Smith hall, and across from Public Safety, Gordis hall serves as home to 140 first year residents in shared-occupancy rooms. The building has a common area laundry room, student lounges, and community style bathrooms on each floor. Gordis has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building.
Nemec Hall
Located across from Smith hall and next to Hatter Hall, Nemec hall serves as home to 150 co-ed new and returning students in shared-occupancy and single-occupancy rooms with community style bathrooms. Built in 1966 and renovated in 2000 Nemec is comprised of 5 individual pods where students live (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, & Epsilon) and 1 central pod that features a full kitchen and laundry room. The entire building is Pet-Friendly, and the Beta pod is home to the Second-Year Experience Living-Learning Community. Each floor of the 5 pods shares a common area room for students to hang out, study and relax in. Nemec hall has a Resident Assistant (RA) in every pod that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just within their pod, their roommates, but with members of the entire building. Nemec hall also houses the full time live in Residential Life Coordinator (RLC)'s office in the central pod.
Smith Hall
Located near the intramural fields, next to Gordis hall, and across from Nemec hall, Smith hall serves as home to more than 160 co-ed first year residents in shared-occupancy rooms. Built in 1957 and renovated in 2000 the building has a common area laundry room, student lounges located throughout the entire building, and community style bathrooms on each floor. Smith has a Resident Assistant (RA) on every floor that helps students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building.
Hatter Hall
Hatter Hall was built in 2006 and is located next to Nemec Hall and across from Gordis Hall, consists of two-person suites with single-occupancy bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared by two students within each suite. Residents of Hatter Hall may request gender-neutral living arrangements. The building houses 120 residents who have earned at least 30 hours or more. Residents are required to have at least 30 earned credit hours to be eligible to live in Hatter Hall. Laundry facilities and study lounges with wireless internet are available on each floor. Residents of this hall have access to the University Village Apartments Rinker Clubhouse. Hatter Hall is ADA accessible with elevator and card swipe access.
Wellness & Honors House
The Wellness House (House 3) is designed to bring together students who share a commitment to leading healthy lifestyles. The building, adjacent to Sorority Row, houses 16 residents and one Resident Assistant (RA) in shared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms. Residents of the Wellness House may request gender-neutral living arrangements.
The Honors House (House 2) is for first-year students who have been admitted to the University Honors Program. The building, adjacent to Sorority Row, houses 16 residents and one Resident Assistant (RA) in eight doubleshared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms.
These houses were built in 1962 and renovated in 2000.
Houses A-E
Houses A-E are home to four fraternities: Delta Sigma Phi (House A), Pi Kappa Alpha (House B), Phi Sigma Kappa (House C), and Sigma Phi Epsilon (House E). Each fraternity house has space for 25 students Each building houses 25 residents in shared-occupancy rooms with community bathrooms. Every house consists of a Chapter Room, and also includes a large community room and a kitchen, a common bathroom and 16 double rooms.Stetson University's Fraternity and Sorority Involvement.
These houses were built in 1962 and renovated in 2000.
Houses 1, 4-7
Houses 1, 4-7 are home to five sororities: Pi Beta Phi (House 1), Alpha Xi Delta (House 4), Alpha Chi Omega (House 5), Zeta Tau Alpha (House 6) and Delta Delta Delta (House 7). Each building houses 15-16 residents in shared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms, and also includes a large community room and a kitchen. Each chapter independently determines the residents who will live in their house, with the guidance of their national organization and Stetson's Fraternity and Soroity Involvement office. These houses were built in 1990 and renovated in 2000.
University Hall
Stetson has purchased the University Inn located on N. Woodland Blvd across the street from Emily Hall. Opening Fall 2013 the renovated facility will open as University Hall featuring offer 58 two-person rooms for undergraduate students. Bathrooms are provided in each room. Residents of UHall may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Common areas include study rooms, lounges, laundry facilities and a kitchen. UHall has two Resident Assistant (RA) in the community that help students by providing opportunities to develop deep and meaningful relationships not just with their roommates, but with members of the entire building.
University Village Apartments (UVA)
The University Village Apartments offer all of the amenities you might find at off-campus complexes while providing the advantage of being on-campus. Each apartment is fully furnished with a private bedroom for each resident, two baths, access to a laundry facility(Fall 2012), cable, wireless internet, a full kitchen, dining area and living area. Residents of UVA may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Residents have access to on-site parking and the Rinker Clubhouse which houses a game room, computer lab and lounge/meeting space. Residents are required to have at least 30 earned credit hours to be eligible to live in UVA. Apartments in UVA are either 4 bedroom or 2 bedroom styles.
Stetson Cove
Stetson Cove was built in 1974 and renovated in 2012 and is a University operated on-campus upper-class-person apartment complex located less than a minute drive/four minute bike ride from the heart of campus. Stetson Cove offers forty-four 1-2 bedroom furnished pet-friendly gender-neutral apartments to graduate & upperclass students with 60+ earned credit hours. The complex offers all the conveniences & amenities one would expect from on-campus, such as newly renovated laundry facilities, cable, internet, and a courtyard with tables, grill, and fenced animal recreation area. The large average bedroom size and its off-campus feel with on-campus amenities and security make Stetson Cove an excellent choice for students seeking a more independent adult living environment.
