- HOUSING SIGN-UP: Housing Central (link to the left) is our student gateway for completing housing sign up/lease, forms such as request to live off campus & special accommodations, etc. Sign in using your university username and password.
- SUMMER HOUSING: Please visit our summer housing webpage for more information about living on campus this summer: Summer Housing Information. Application is availalbe on Housing Central (link to the left).
- CLOSING DATES: Residents are expected to leave within 24 hours of their last final. The halls close at 3:00pm on Wednesday, May 8th. Students, such as graduating seniors participating in commencement, may request to remain on campus through Sunday the 12th at 10:00am by submitting a Late Stay Request form available on Housing Central (link to the left).
- PET FRIENDLY HOUSING: The pet friendly housing manual has been updated for the Spring 2013 semester. Please visit the policies & forms portion of the website to view the updated document.
- ADDITIONAL STUDENT HOUSING: Stetson has purchased the University Inn located on N. Woodland Blvd across the street from Emily Hall. Opening Fall 2013 the renovated facility will open as University Hall featuring offer 58 two-person suite rooms for undergraduate students. More information to come!
- LAUNDRY MACHINE NOT WORKING?: Post a sign on it and inform our Laundry Vendor immediately by calling 1.888.MAC.GRAY (888.622.4729) or reporting it online at the Mac Gray Website. UVA & Stetson Cove machines should be reported to workdesk@stetson.edu
- EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM: Make sure you are signed up at my.stetson.edu (click on 'Students' then 'Hatter Alert Cell Phone' to complete the information).
- ROOMMATE CONCERNS: Remember to utilize your resident assistant and the roommate contract for any issues that may arise with your roommate.
