• NO, faxed transcripts are not official and can be easily altered.

Can transcripts be sent overnight?

• We will send transcripts via Federal Express when the shipping fee is prepaid. This can be charged to a credit card.

Can my brother/sister, etc. pick up my transcript for me?

• Only if you provide written authorization for them to do so. They must provide proper identification upon pick up and pay any required fees.

How long after you receive a request will a transcript be sent?

• Transcripts are mailed within 48 hours of receiving the transcript request.

I need a transcript immediately can you send an unofficial copy without me having to send you a letter?

• No, the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires us to have the request in writing and signed by the student making the request.

Will the transcript also include my high school and any other college work?

• No, you must request your high school transcript from your high school and other college work from the college(s) you attended.

Can you send my transcripts electronically?

• Not at the present time.

How many transcripts may I request by fax?

• As many as you need, as long as you do not owe for previous transcripts or have an outstanding balance with the University.

I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Stetson. Can I get a transcript with just my undergraduate or graduate work?

• No, transcripts include all academic work takenat the University.
