How to Register for Spring 2010


Help Desk with convenient hours Registrar staff and representatives from the Student Account office and Financial Aid office will be available in the Registrar's Office the following registration days and times: Monday, October 26th - 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 27th - 5:00-8:00 p.m. If you are unable to come to the Registrar's Office, you may call us at 822-7140, 7142, 7143, or 7150. Registration Instructions for students with 27+ earned credit hours (does not include currently enrolled credits) There are three main steps in registration: 1. Review your degree audit. To get to your degree audit log onto my.stetson.edu and click on the Degree Audit link. 2. Meet with your academic advisor. You can locate the name of your academic adviser on your Degree Audit. Academic advising is imperative in the course registration process, as you will receive your Registration Number from your academic advisor. This number is required to enter the Registration area of my.stetson.edu. It is your responsibility to make an appointment with your academic advisor. 3. Register for classes via my.stetson.edu at your assigned time. Find your specific registration time at this link: time of registration. Tips and hints Be ahead of the rest. Read through some of the helpful tips so that you will be prepared for registration when your time comes: Web registration tips and hints. Registration Cards and Worksheets - Print these and use them to help you prepare for advising. The worksheets can help you plan your class schedule. Once you have found the perfect schedule list the courses on the registration card so that your advisor can approve them.
