Final grades will NOT be distributed via mail. Please check your grades on BannerWeb.

Instructions for checking grades on BannerWeb

1. Log onto BannerWeb  using your Student ID/SSN and your Banner PIN. (Note: This is NOT the "Registration Number/PIN" provided by your faculty adviser for course registration each semester. Rather, this is the Banner PIN originally set as your birth date (mmddyy) that you are prompted to change the first time you log onto BannerWeb.)
   
2. Click on "Student Services".
   
3. Click on "Student Records".
   
4. Click on "Final Grades" and select the appropriate term.
   
5. The courses and grades for the term selected will appear.  This screen will also give you your current program information and your undergraduate summary of hours earned and GPA.
   
6. If you are searching for current grades for the current term and the current term does not come up for you to select, it is possible that this office has not finished the grade process.  Please do not call our office - grades will appear when grade processing is complete.
   
7. If you would like a paper copy of your grades, you may print a copy of this page.
   
8. Log off by clicking the "Exit" button.
