Re-entry Form- If you are planning to re-enter Stetson. You can use this form to send to the Registrar's Office.
Transient Student Form - If you are planning on taking courses at another college or university during the summer, or any term. Fill out form and bring to Registrar's office if on campus, or fax to us (386-822-7146) if off campus.
TRANSCRIPTS: IMPORTANT: Stetson University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. If you are a current or previously enrolled student you can access this link through your my.stetson.edu account by choosing the Student Services menu.
Transcripts are ordered using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. This service will allow you to track your request and will let you know when it has been processed.
Request for Transcript - You may still use this form to request a transcript; however tracking services are not available.
GRADUATION:
You must complete an Application for Graduation at the beginning of the semester in which you plan to graduate.
Apply online - you can apply and pay online for graduation. Will save you time!
Print and complete the PDF version you can fax this form to us at 386-822-7146. Otherwise application must be mailed to 421 N Woodland Blvd., Unit 8298, DeLand, FL 32723.
