The Office of the Registrar works collaboratively to support the academic mission of the university. We ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of student academic records. We provide information about registration, academic records and degrees while protecting the privacy of the individual. This office strives to use the latest technology and procedures to enhance student, administrative and faculty services.

 

Registration for  Summer and Fall 2016

Online registration for Summer 2016 will close Friday, May 13 at 11:59 p.m.   Any student wishing to register for Summer 3 and any student wishing to make any adjustments to Summer 1 and 2 after this date must do so through the Registrar Office with an add/drop form.   Registration PIN is not required.

Registration for the Fall 2016 term for currently enrolled students will close at 11:59 p.m., Sunday, May 15th.  Registration for new students coming in fall will open Monday, May 16th.  PINS are required to register for Fall Term.

Student Information

This section contains information for students, including instructions on how to check your grades, how to register for classes and how to order transcripts.

Transcripts

If a transcript request is submitted prior to 10 a.m., it can be picked up at Stetson OneStop, if requested, after 2:30 p.m. Please make note that the OneStop office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Transfer Credit Database

This section contains potential transfer equivalencies.

The transfer credit information that is contained in this database is for informational purposes only. The Registrar's Office will make the final transfer credit decision. If a school or course is not listed, the University will conduct an evaluation. For more information, current students should contact your Academic Advisor. Current students who wish to have transfer credit evaluated should submit a completed Transient Student Form to the Registrar's Office. Students interested in attending Stetson should contact the Stetson University Office of Admissions for more information about the transfer process. A preliminary credit evaluation of the courses that may transfer to Stetson is completed in the admission process. Please send an official transcript to the Office of Admissions to begin the application process.
