Academic Calendar - Be aware of registration dates, drop - add dates, and withdrawal dates. How to request transcripts - Transcripts cannot be requested online or by telephone, but you can use this guide to make the process very easy. Enrollment - Degree verification form - If you are no longer a student and need either an enrollment verification or degree verification then this is the form for you. Re-entry Form - If you are planning to re-enter Stetson. You can use this form to send to the Registrar's Office. Request for Transcript - You can use this form to request a transcript. Transient Student Form - If you are planning on taking courses at another college or university during the summer, or any term. Fill out form and bring to Registrar's office if on campus, or fax to us (386-822-7146) if off campus. Application for Graduation - Please complete this form at the beginning of the term you plan to graduate. Graduation fee must be paid at time of application. You can fax this form to us at 386-822-7146 if paying fee by credit card. Otherwise application must be mailed to 421 N Woodland Blvd., Unit 8298, DeLand, FL 32723. |
