Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar works collaboratively to support the academic mission of the university. We ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of student academic records. We provide information about registration, academic records and degrees while protecting the privacy of the individual. This Office strives to use the latest technology and procedures to enhance student, administrative and faculty services.

Summer 2018

Registration for any summer term must now be handled through the Registrar Office.

Fall 2018

Registration for the Fall 2018 term is ongoing.   Please Note:  Effective Fall 2018, registration PIN's will not be used for registering.  All undergraduates and most graduates will have a registration hold placed on registration.  This hold will be removed by your advisor when you meet for advising. The Registrar Office cannot remove this hold for you.  Removal of the advising hold will not remove any financial holds, or any other registration holds you may have.  Please plan accordingly.

Ad Astra, Stetson University's scheduling software, is now live. Limited users have access to request space, post important announcements, and request resources.  Ad Astra is accessed through MyStetson.edu and choosing the Resources tab.
