| Stetson Today Announcements |
The Office of Public Relations and Communications sends out one group e-mail, four afternoons a week, Monday through Thursday, about policies, opportunities or events directly related to campus, with a definite Stetson sponsorship or connection, and relevant to faculty, staff and/or student groups. Messages regarding non-Stetson events and personal messages cannot be sent. Each announcement must be approved by a Dean or Vice President, who then forwards it to Public Relations with his or her approval. To send an announcement, go to the home page of the Intranet at www.stetson.edu.
The PR office must receive the approved announcement by noon the business day prior to your chosen announcement date, so plan ahead and submit your request allowing sufficient time to complete the above process. Announcements will not be sent on Fridays, so weekend events must be received by noon on Wednesday in order to be run on Thursday. Approved announcements will run only once, and then be posted to the Intranet. Call (386) 822-8920 with any questions.
