Congratulations Graduates 2013


Below you will find the mail forwarding form you need to fill out. Graduate boxes will close May 13th, if you don't provide us with an address we will use the one already in banner. If you are unsure about your mailing address or are attending summer classes. let us know and we will keep your mail box open

Mail Forwarding Forms

Anyone Leaving the area will need to fill out a Mail Forwarding form as well for the summer. If you are staying in the area please check your mail box at least once a week. All mail boxes will open back up one week prior to the residential halls openings.

Please Do Not Call the Post Office Forms must be filled out online.

 

 

STARTING IMMEDIATELY STUDENT ID'SARE REQUIRED FOR PACKAGE PICKUP TO BE SCANNED AS SIGNATURE:

  • Receiving packages;
  • Receiving P.O. box combinations
