Helpdesk and Support

Stetson University's Information Technology Helpdesk is here to help you! We can provide assistance and point you in the right direction for all things IT related whether you are a student, faculty or staff. We are located on the ground floor of the Lynn Business Center.

Important Information

  • Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; when classes are in session, we are open on Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • If you are a student needing assistance with a computer issue, please visit ResNet.
  • In the event of a major outage after normal business hours, please contact Public Safety at 386-822-7300.

ResNet

The ResNet office is located on the ground floor of the Lynn Business Center. Hours vary due to student staff availability. The staff at the IT Helpdesk can accept you computer on behalf of the ResNet team.
