Welcome to the bursar's office! We look forward to serving you during your educational career at Stetson University.

"Bursar" is a Latin term meaning "purse." The bursar generates bills and collects tuition, fees, campus housing, meal plan payments and other university-related charges. We are here to provide you with excellent service and information. This web page is intended to help you understand who we are and what we do for you.

How We Operate

• Know when payment is due and make sure you understand our payment and refund policies.
• Even if your parents pay your bill, the bill is in YOUR name and YOU are responsible for making sure it gets paid.
• We send official communication to students via email to your Stetson University email address.
• Always read your Stetson University emails.

The bursar's office is located in Griffith Hall at Stetson One Stop.

Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Online Payments

To pay a bill online, use the student account payment form.

To pay a deposit on an international academic program, use the International/Academic Program Deposit Payment form.
