Stetson University was founded in 1883 and is the first private university in Florida. We are located in DeLand, Florida -- 25 miles from Daytona Beach and 35 miles from Orlando.

The Office of Human Resources is located in Elizabeth Hall which is the most easily recognizable icon of the university with its large white cupola, patterned after Independence Hall in Philadelphia. We are located in room 111 on the first floor. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Directions to Stetson University from Orlando:

Take I-4 east to the DeLand/New Smyrna Beach exit - Hwy 44 - head west to DeLand - turn right at Amelia Ave. (north) turn left at Rich Ave. (west) then right onto Woodland Blvd. (north) - turn right at Minnesota Ave. - main gate of Stetson University. Elizabeth Hall is to the right, Room 111. Parking is available in the visitor parking in front of the Print Shop.

Directions to Stetson University from Daytona Beach:

Take Hwy 92 west toward DeLand. Turn left onto Woodland Blvd. (south) - turn left at Minnesota Ave. - main gate of Stetson University. Elizabeth Hall is to the right, Room 111. Parking is available in the visitor parking in front of the Print Shop.
