Meeting Your Needs

Dining Services strives to provide good meals at a reasonable price to the university, during most of the day. To meet the demand of the university community, our hours of operations are variable. Special events that demand large catering services are also supplied by Dining Services. Certain times and days have less demand, because of university holidays, breaks, etc., and hours are curtailed during these times. This webpage will announce exceptions to the standard hours.

Current Exceptions to Operating Hours, 2012-2013

• Thanksgiving 2012 -  We will close all areas at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012. We will reopen Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012 at 5 p.m. for dinner in the Commons. All areas will operate at regular business hours Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.

• Christmas 2012 - We will close all areas at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012. The Commons will remain open with limited business hours until Friday, Dec. 21, 2012. We will reopen with regular business hours Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013.

• Spring Break 2013 - We will operate with limited business hours Friday, March 1, 2013, until Sunday, March 9, 2013. Cash or Credit Card sales only during Spring Break.

Summer Hours

The Coffee Shop will be open during the Month of May from 9;00am - 7:30pm Monday through Friday.

We will be closed on Saturday and Sunday and Memorial Day.

Summer Camps will Start on June 10th at that time the Commons will reopen for the Summer
