Dining Services strives to provide good meals at a reasonable price to the university, during most of the day. To meet the demand of the university community, our hours are variable. Special events that demand large catering services are also supplied by Dining Services. Certain times and days have less demand, because of university holidays, breaks, etc., and hours are curtailed during these times.
