Have you strolled the campus lately?
Stetson University is investing $6.5 million to renew the landscaping and walkways in its campus core, upgrade classrooms and add energy-saving lighting as the university embarks on a new Campus Master Plan process. The campus is vibrant and alive as "old" welcomes "new."
Recent improvements to the DeLand campus include:
- $6.7 million athletics complex, including a field house and four playing fields
- major renovations to Conrad Hall and the new Stetson Cove Apartments
- addition of a coffeehouse in the Carlton Union Building
- renovation of Nemec Hall into pet-friendly housing
- renewal of landscaping and walkways in the campus core
- upgrades to classrooms and the addition of more energy-saving lighting
Recent additions to the DeLand campus (2008-2009):
- $8 million Science Center addition to the existing Sage Hall
- Mary B. McMahan Hall, an addition to the School of Music's Presser Hall
- Homer and Dolly Hand Art Center,
- Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Environmental Learning Center
The campus is vibrant and alive as "old" welcomes "new." Capital gifts make this phenomenal growth possible.

In the past five years:
