Diane Altwies has a proven track record of delivering completed projects to the marketplace through effective leadership of multi-disciplinary teams with a strong customer focus. She has more than 21 years experience managing software development projects, and over 14 years experience in the insurance, financial services, mortgage lending and healthcare industries. She has worked hand-in-hand with clients such as Option One Mortgage, Wellpoint of California, Texas Mutual Insurance Company, Paradigm Technologies, MedNet Connect and HMOnline on similar consulting assignments. Her efforts in delivering rules-based applications have resulted in business improvements such as reducing underwriting time from 45 minutes to 2 minutes while increasing consistency and pricing accuracy.
