Housing

Several housing options are available on campus during the summer. Many offer different housing styles. See below for detailed information about each residence hall.

Carson/Hollis Hall

Located in front of Sage Hall. All residents live in double rooms and share common bath facilities on their floor. Common areas include a laundry room and main lobby where students can study, relax or just gather with friends.

Chadouin Hall

One third of the students live in doubles with a suite bath arrangement while the other two thirds live in doubles in the north wing of the building and share common bath facilities on their floor. Additional facilities include a laundry room, study rooms and a large lounge on the first floor.

Conrad Hall

Conrad Hall houses residents in a community-style living arrangement. All residents live in doubles and share common bath facilities located on their floor. The building has laundry facilities, study rooms and a central television lounge.

Emily Hall

Accommodations are arranged by doubles with a suite bath shared between two units. Common areas include study rooms, lounges and laundry facilities.

Fraternity Row

Home to the university's five fraternity houses, every house consists of a common bathroom and double-occupancy rooms upstairs and a visitors' restroom downstairs.

Gordis Hall

A residence hall located near the intramural and soccer fields. This building houses students in double rooms that share community bath facilities on each floor. There are common areas including a laundry room and individual hall lounges.

Nemec Hall

Residents live in a mixture of singles and doubles with common bath facilities. All rooms open to a central lounge area and all residents have access to the central pod with vending machines and laundry facilities.

Smith Hall

Located near the intramural and soccer fields, Smith Hall is a residence hall consisting of double rooms that share community bath facilities on each floor. Individual hall lounges and a central laundry facility are available for use by all residents.

Sorority Row

Home to the university's seven sorority houses, each house consists of eight double rooms that share suite bathrooms between two units.

University Hall

Consists of two-person suites with single bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared by two students within each suite. Laundry facilities and study lounges with are available on each floor.
