Florida Winter Pastors' School General Information
Program Fees
The Program Fee is $395 if registering by November 30 and $420 if registering after that date. The fee includes instructional sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and four meal functions. Cancellations
Cancellations occurring after January 1 will incur a $35.00 administrative fee. Sorry, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the conference. Substitutions are always permitted.
Hotel Information
The DeLand Clarion (formerly the Holiday Inn) (386) 738-5200 is offering special rates for the Pastors’ School. Participants should make reservations directly with the hotel before Jan. 7, 2012, and be sure to ask for the Stetson Pastors’ School rate. Housing costs are not included in the conference fee.
Golf Outing
This year we have arranged for you to play Victoria Hills Golf Course in DeLand. We will set Tee Times for Wednesday afternoon. You will pay the course directly. The cost is $39.00 (normally $79.00). This beautiful 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Ron Garl to display Florida’s natural rolling hills and foliage.
Childcare
Stetson University has no child care facilities, but we will assist you in finding child care services if needed. No children will be allowed in the conference rooms during any presentations.
Festival of Hymns
7:30 Thursday evening, in H. Douglas Lee Chapel, the Stetson School of Music cordially invites Pastors’ School conferees to join us in a Festival of Hymns. The festival, designed by long-time supervisor of the Church Music major Robert Fort, will feature the Concert Choir (with several soloists and instrumentalists), University Organist Boyd Jones, and be led by Visiting Professor and Director of Choral Activities, Milburn Price.
