What Is Greenfeather?

Greenfeather is a campus wide fund raising and service campaign that raises money to benefit Volusia and Flagler Counties’ NON PROFIT organizations. This Year is Stetson’s 55th year of Greenfeather, making it one of the longest traditions at Stetson University. The goal is to raise $30,000, which we know the Stetson Community can reach with some willingness and determination. Stetson invites everyone to participate in two weeks of Greenfeather activities and competitions. Our goal is for all students, faculty, and staff to have fun raising money and doing service for great causes.

How Does Greenfeather Work?

Each organization will be considered a team and will be competing for points with their division, These divisions include: campus organizations, residential halls, sororities, and fraternities. The overall winner will be the team that accumulatesthe most points from competing in a series of events that raise money for the community. All of the events are based on the participation and attendance of each team. The amount of points will be multiplied by the percentage of a team present at the events. Another opportunity for a team to get points and raise money is by nominating a Mr. and Mrs. Greenfeather representative to get donations from alumni ,parents, and local businesses. The more money an organization raises, the more points they will receive.
