Administrative Staff

Ben Falter, Executive Director

Ben is responsible for the overall direction and management of all aspects of the housing and residential life. He provides overall leadership and direction to a comprehensive residence hall program, which includes fiscal, operational and programmatic management. Ben is also responsible for the overall supervision and guidance of the residence hall staff and programs. He directly supervises and supports the residential life coordinators, assistant director and office manager. In his role he also oversees the Office of Community Standards where he works with hearing officers and students in upholding the campus Code of Conduct through educationally based interactions. Ben's desire is for students to be reflective of their out-of-classroom experiences, better understand themselves and others through lenses of social justice and encourages us all to be stewards of good sustainability. He obtained a bachelor of science degree from St. Vincent College and a master of arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
