Ben Falter, Executive Director, Department of Housing & Residential Life and Community Standards

Ben is responsible for the overall direction and management of all aspects of the Housing & Residential Life department. He provides overall leadership and direction to a comprehensive residence hall program, which includes fiscal, operational, and programmatic management. Ben is also responsible for the overall supervision and guidance of the residence hall staff and programs.  He directly supervises and supports the Residential Life Coordinators (RLC), Assistant Director, & Office Manager.  His role also oversees the Office of Community Standards where he works with hearing officers and students in upholding the campus Code of Conduct through educationally based interactions. Ben desires for students to be reflective of their out of classroom experiences, better understand themselves and others through lenses of social justice and encourages us all to be stewards of good sustainability.  He obtained a Bachelor's of Science from St. Vincent College and a Master's of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Contact 386.822.7201.

Brittany Glass, Admistrative Assistant, The Office of Community Standards

Brittany is joining The Office of Community Standards from Florida Southern College where she received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics. Brittany has experience working as an Administrative Assistant and Resident Assistant in the Office of Community Living at Florida Southern.
