Spring 2014 Programming
The following programs are valuable ways to engage with professionals from business, industry, government and non-profit organizations to gain knowledge and guide your career decision making. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 386-822-7315 if you anticipate any barriers to your access, participation, transportation to, or inclusion in these events.
Throughout the academic year, visiting professionals hold office hours on campus in several academic departments. Through individual meetings with a visiting professional, participating students have the opportunity to learn more about a profession, receive career-related advice and reflect on the ways in which their liberal arts education can prepare them for lives of significance after Stetson University.
Join staff from the Office of Career Development and Academic Advising and travel to a local company/organization to learn more about the organization and its fit with your academic and career interests. The two-hour visits will provide an opportunity to gather general knowledge about the specific company/organization and the opportunity to interact and network with staff. Additional information will be made available once dates and locations are secured.
