Office of Career and Professional Development Internship Travel Fund
Through generous alumni and organizational donations, the Office of Career and Professional Development is able to offer financial assistance awarded on top of a student’s financial aid package, in support of internship experiences. The funds may be used to offset travel or living expenses such as air travel, gas mileage, parking expenses, housing expensing and much more. Internships may be at non-profits, for-profits, domestic or international.
The Internship Travel Fund applications will be evaluated on how well the student proves the potential of the internship to create a deeper connection between his/her academic and career goals.
At the conclusion of the internship, Internship Travel Fund recipients will be asked to submit a portfolio that demonstrates what they learned from and contributed to their internship organization.
The Internship Travel Fund application is offered for each semester with varying applications dates. Please click in the Upcoming Events Tab for the application deadlines.
