Employer Resources

Are you interested in recruiting Stetson University's students?

We welcome and support your efforts within multiple areas and venues! Please contact Career and Professional Development at 386-822-7315 or career@stetson.edu to begin discussing your recruitment and branding plan.

Engaged Programming

Stetson University's Office of Career and Professional Development appreciates our partnerships and values our employer's commitments in guiding our students through their career development processes and education.

We offer career-related programs that empower our students to engage with employers and professionals from a wide variety of fields and industries. Your participation in these programs is vital to our students' development, and we openly invite you to express interest in partnering with our team. Please complete this brief, 30-second interest form to do so. You may also find descriptions for each of our engaged programs (represented within the survey) online.

Once you have completed and submitted the form, our team will review your areas of interest, and then a representative from our office will be in contact regarding participation within your selected programs and initiatives.

As a national standard, the student engagement programs (listed within the 30-second survey) are the most proactive venues to utilize in your organization's recruitment and branding process as an employer. Additionally, you may request a targeted recruitment initiative by completing the form. You request will be reviewed, considered, and then decided upon based on best practices, history and success of similar events, and available resources necessary to facilitate the initiative in order to obtain your desired goal.

Post a Job or Internship

In order to properly represent your organization and to post available opportunities, each employer must complete the registration for, and be approved to obtain a "HatterJobs" account (formerly The College Central Network, of which if you had a previous account, your account is still active.) Before posting open positions, please consult our General Recruiting Policies and Internship Policies.  Register your organization (at no costs to you) and you'll also be able to search the database of students which includes resumes (if approved by our office), majors, GPAs and more. Are you creating a new internship description? Our internship position description template will help you get started.

Career Fairs

We host multiple career fairs throughout the academic year and welcome your participation in these events. A list of upcoming career events is available within your Hire A Hatter account home page. Our career events are excellent venues to identify potential candidates for your full/part-time jobs, internships and summer openings.
