Housing Sign-Up & Lease Form

All students (both current and incoming) must complete a Housing Sign-Up & Lease Form in order to live on-campus during the school year. The Housing Sign-Up & Lease Form lets us know that you will be living on-campus, as well as what your housing preferences are. If you have already submitted the lease, but wish to make a change to it, e-mail us (reslife@stetson.edu) with the new information and we will make the adjustment for you. Students who do not complete the Housing Sign-Up & Lease Form but who are still required to live on-campus per our University's residency requirement will be assessed a fee equal to the average housing rate for each semester they are off-campus.

Are you interested in living off campus? Do you think you qualify for an exemption from the housing policy? If you answered yes to these, then you must complete the Request to Live Off-Campus Form and turn it into the Department of Housing & Residential Life.

It is important to let us know if you plan to move off-campus as soon as you decide to do so, as this affects availability of rooms and therefore follows a Cancellation Fee schedule. All cancellations made after May 1st will be subject to a variable cancellation fee: Cancellations from May 1 - 31 will incur a $500 cancellation fee; Cancellations from June 1 - 30 will incur a $750 cancellation fee; Cancellations from July 1 to the start of the semester/academic year will incur a $1,000 cancellation fee; Any cancellation fee after the start of the semester/academic year will incur a $1,000 cancellation fee in addition to charges for the period of occupancy. This fee will be placed on the student’s account.
