• New student coming this Summer or Fall? Congratulations on your acceptance to Stetson! Visit our Housing Options page to learn about the different options for first-year students, then complete the Online Housing Lease to officially sign-up for housing!

• Housing Sign-Up for Returning Students: Housing sign-up for returning students has completed! Students who did not get to sign-up for housing can complete our Online Housing Lease to let us know their preferences and go on our waiting list. As spaces become available, we'll assign people on the waiting list.

• Announcing Stetson Cove Apartments! Stetson Cove apartment complex is a new option for students who will have 60+ earned credit hours!  Great for those desiring an off-campus feel with on-campus amenities, and great for graduate & family housing. • Emergency Notifications and Response: Stetson has a emergency notification system for all students. View this flyer to learn how to opt-in to receive text messages when emergencies arise. Also, make sure that you have your building's Resident Assistant on-call number for when you need assistance with emergencies, concerns or lock-outs between 7:00pm and 8:00am each day.
