The Panhellenic Council The duty of the Panhellenic Council is to administer all business related to the overall welfare of the Stetson University Panhellenic Association and to compile rules governing the Panhellenic Association, including recruitment and pledging, which do not violate the sovereignty, rights and privileges of member fraternities. The Intrafraternity Council We believe that among social fraternities there are common problems beyond the scope of individual action; that where there is no unity there is inevitable dissention; that absolute freedom from control provides no freedom but chaos; that the problems of the system are not beyond the control of the fraternity system itself.
